Learn more about Trivium Writing's founder and main consultant.
Leandre Larouche is a Canadian writing coach, consultant, ghostwriter, and entrepreneur whose career is defined by a passion for language, a commitment to clarity, and a dedication to helping others communicate effectively.
Born in La Baie, Quebec, Leandre discovered his love for writing at age 15, eventually publishing his first novel, Hétérochrome, at just 21 years old. His early experiences with language, literature, and culture laid the foundation for what would become a global career in writing and communication.
He studied English literature and professional writing at Concordia University in Montreal, graduating with honors in his second language. While still an undergraduate, he began honing his craft as a tutor at the university’s Writing Assistance Center, helping students navigate complex writing challenges in both English and French. These early experiences inspired the creation of The Architecture of Writing, a systematic framework designed to simplify the writing process for individuals across disciplines.
Leandre’s expertise and dedication to writing earned him prestigious opportunities, including two Fulbright fellowships. During his time as a Fulbright scholar, he worked with students in the U.S. as a language teaching assistant and participated in international initiatives, such as interpreting at the United Nations and presenting at a Fulbright conference in Washington, D.C.
In 2020, Leandre founded Trivium Writing Inc., a consultancy that has served clients in over ten countries, including Canada, the U.S., the U.K., Germany, and the Philippines.
His work includes ghostwriting, coaching, and editing for high-profile clients and organizations such as Oracle, Mejuri, and Super.com. Notably, he has ghostwritten for an associate of Patrick Bet-David, crafted speeches for the director of one of the world’s best-performing stock exchanges, and edited work by a former Saudi Minister of Education. Over the years, he has contributed to several dozen books and helped numerous professionals bring their ideas to life.
Leandre has also made significant contributions to education. He developed textbooks, including The Architecture of Grammar and The Research Mindset, which have been adopted by colleges to improve writing and research skills. He has conducted workshops for organizations like the Association of Mexican Science Journalists and LATAM Startup, and his writing method has been endorsed by professors in Canada, the U.S., and the Philippines.
Throughout his career, Leandre has remained focused on empowering others to use writing as a tool for influence and legacy. He has coached academics in crafting book proposals, helped entrepreneurs position themselves as thought leaders, and guided professionals in turning their expertise into published works. His clients have used their books and communication strategies to build credibility, grow businesses, and create meaningful connections with their audiences.
Today, Leandre Larouche continues to expand his influence as a consultant and speechwriter, offering services that combine strategic insight with a deep understanding of the power of words. His journey from a small town in Quebec to becoming a trusted advisor to leaders worldwide is a testament to his belief in the transformative potential of clear, purposeful communication.
